These terms apply to ClixoWeb services: web development, website design and redesign, AI solutions, maintenance, support, integrations, technical help, appointments, audits, quotes and related work.
Quote, scope and start of work
Each project is framed by a request, clarification and quote. Work starts after written approval of scope, deliverables, timeline, required access and payment terms.
Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are stated in euros unless otherwise specified. The tax notice provided for ClixoWeb is: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. Usual payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% before launch or final delivery, unless a different written agreement applies.
Deposit and cancellation
After the project requirements are finalized and sent to the team, the initial 50% upfront payment is not refundable. Before that stage, cancellation may be reviewed according to work already completed, reserved time, costs incurred and quote terms. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
Digital deliverables and changes
Deliverables may include mockups, website, code, content, integrations, documentation, configuration, maintenance or support according to the quote. Included fixes relate to the approved scope. New requests or major changes may require an additional quote.
Client responsibilities
The client provides required content, approvals, access, legal information, brand elements and decisions within a reasonable timeframe. Approval or access delays may shift the schedule.
Third-party services
Stripe, PayPal, OpenAI, Trustpilot, analytics, hosting, CMS, plugins, APIs and other providers remain subject to their own rules, pricing, outages and limits. ClixoWeb cannot guarantee provider-controlled changes.
Invoices and online payment
Invoices state amount, due date, status and payment method. Online payments, when enabled, are handled through Stripe or PayPal. ClixoWeb does not confirm a payment without provider verification or authorized manual validation.
Support and maintenance
Maintenance packages define what is included: updates, security, backups, monitoring, fixes or development hours. Urgent work, major changes or out-of-plan requests may be billed separately.
